Green Is The New Pink

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and we at Greener Pastures encourage everyone to be mindful of breast health, get your screenings when you should, and develop a self-exam routine that you stick to.

This is also our yearly reminder to #ThinkBeforeYouPink. All of the pink, plastic over-priced junk that is sold in so-called support of breast cancer research does far more harm than good, considering that women who work in plastics manufacturing have up to a 400% higher risk of breast cancer!

Furthermore, most of that "support" money does nothing but enrich the companies selling the pink plastic "awareness" swag. So let's not support that!

We also recommend that you nourish your ECS (Endocannabinoid System) with a daily micro-dose of organic full-spectrum cannabis oil. Full-extract cannabis oil (FECO) has been proven to destroy cancer cells by apoptosis and autophagy: cancer cells essentially commit suicide. So FECO is an amazing treatment option for cancer, taken at therapeutic doses. But as a preventative, micro-doses are a common-sense approach to maintaining homeostasis.

More than anything, we implore you to take a look at the food you're eating - food is medicine! So many mass-produced foods are tainted with breast cancer-causing glysophate/Round Up and must be avoided at all costs! Here's a link that shows many of the common foods that recently tested high in this deadly poison.

Several scientific studies have shown a strong correlation between glysophate and estrogen-driven cancers.

Finally, find one small way this month to show your self some love and reduce stress. Buy some new epsom salt and a plush new robe, then treat your self to a long, luxurious soak in the tub. Begin, or return to, a yoga or meditation practice. There are hundreds of lovely guided meditations on youtube. Take 30 minutes to your self and just allow your self to BE.
