PAT: Plant-Assisted Therapy For Addiction Recovery

Often, anxiety is at the root of unhealthy substance use and addiction. Unaddressed anxiety and panic attacks are frightening, uncomfortable and all to often cause people to turn to problem substances - not to get high or drunk - but just to cope with the overwhelming effects of anxiety and panic. How can we combat it? You can meditate, medicate, work out, or drink this amazing tea!

This synergistic blend of herbs and botanicals will help calm you down and mellow you out. It works with the nervous system to give you the support you need and triggers your brain to boost the neurotransmitters responsible for many of your nervous system's essential functions, namely calm, content, relaxed and happy.

If you intend to drive or operate heavy machinery do not drink this tea before; it will relax you that much.

Ingredients: Chamomile, Hops, Valerian, Lemon Balm, Passion Flower, Lavender, Peppermint, Rosemary, Anise Hyssop, Lemon Grass, Buckthorn, Raspberry Leaves, Lobelia, Red Clover.

Details
This is loose tea, not typical tea bags. This tea may be steeped loose in boiling water, then strained. You can also use your own tea infuser (commonly a reusable mesh tea ball.)

One ounce of loose tea makes approx. 10-12 cups of tea.

Steep tea in a covered cup for 5 minutes. Sweeten as you like (or not!) and enjoy this aromatic cup of joy.

Pro Tip: Tea can be reused to make another cup, so save your tea from your first cup to use again!
